Welcome to ELISIA ("Beauty, Refined", "we", "our", or "the atelier"). By accessing our website (elisia-liard.vercel.app), submitting an appointment request through our booking system, or engaging our studio services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Atelier Services

ELISIA is an appointment-only beauty atelier and freelance mobile styling service. We provide customized beauty and wellness treatments including:

• Couture & HD Bridal Makeup: Individualized bridal and pre-wedding makeup consultations and styling.
• Hair Artistry & Therapies: Tailored haircuts, blowout styling, and rejuvenating hair spa treatments.
• Skin Rituals & Clean-ups: Advanced clean-ups, radiant facials, targeted skin therapies, and gentle waxing treatments.

2. Appointment Requests & Confirmation Procedure

To protect the private, unhurried nature of every atelier session, our booking system operates through an explicit verification process:

• Initial Request Status (Pending): Submitting an appointment through our online booking wizard records your requested service, preferred date, start time, and contact details with status Pending. A submission does not constitute an immediate or automatic reservation.
• Concierge Review: Every appointment request is routed to our atelier management and concierge team for schedule verification, preparation buffer check, and logistical review.
• Official Confirmation: An appointment is officially confirmed only when our concierge team approves the request. Upon approval:
  • The booking status in our database updates from Pending to Confirmed.
  • A calendar appointment is created on the atelier’s Google Calendar schedule.
  • A confirmation notice is dispatched to the client's provided email address and/or WhatsApp number.
• Fail-Closed Schedule Protection: If the atelier schedule or calendar availability cannot be verified in real time due to technical or network disruptions, our booking system operates on a fail-closed basis and will not confirm appointments online until calendar integrity is restored.

3. Atelier Business & Appointment Hours

Our studio services and customer concierge operate on the following schedules (Indian Standard Time, UTC+05:30):

• Studio Appointment Operating Window: 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM IST
• Concierge & Inquiries (Weekdays): Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST
• Concierge & Inquiries (Weekends): Saturday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 04:00 PM IST

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Punctuality

Because ELISIA dedicates its atelier exclusively to one client at a time with generous preparation buffers, reserved appointments represent reserved professional time:

• Advance Notice Requested: If you need to cancel or reschedule your confirmed appointment, we kindly ask for reasonable advance notification (at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time) so that waitlisted clients may be accommodated.
• How to Cancel or Reschedule: Our website does not currently provide an automated self-cancellation portal. To reschedule or cancel, please contact our concierge team directly by telephone or WhatsApp at +91 81606 73127 or by email at info@elisia.in.
• Punctuality: Clients visiting our private studio are requested to arrive promptly. For mobile and home-visit appointments, clients are requested to have the designated preparation area ready at the scheduled arrival time.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive significantly later than your scheduled start time, your treatment duration may need to be adjusted or abbreviated to prevent encroaching on subsequent client reservations.

5. Client Responsibilities & Health Disclosures

Your safety and the quality of your aesthetic results are our highest priorities:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current contact information (Full Name, active phone number, and valid email) during booking.
• Health, Allergy & Sensitivity Disclosures: It is the client's responsibility to disclose any known allergies, active dermatological conditions, open lesions, recent chemical peels, cosmetic contraindications, or sensitivities to specific ingredients (such as essential oils, fragrances, or latex) in the consultation notes or directly to the aesthetician prior to treatment.
• Professional Discretion: The atelier reserves the professional right to decline, pause, or modify a scheduled service if an undisclosed skin condition or contraindication presents a health or hygiene risk to the client or studio staff.

6. Service Results & Formulations

All treatments and styling are executed with premium, professional formulations and sanitized tools. Because individual skin chemistry, hair texture, environmental climate, and post-treatment home care influence final outcomes, aesthetic results may vary naturally between individuals. We do not provide standardized warranties of aesthetic permanence.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content, photographs, editorial gallery images, logos, styling descriptions, and design elements featured on this website are the proprietary property of ELISIA ("Beauty, Refined") or its licensors. Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [City / State, India]*.
